This International Day of the World’s Indigenous Peoples, we were joined by Kuruma Marthudhenera woman and Murujuga custodian Josie Alec who spent this day last year with Mardudhunera woman Raelene Cooper in Geneva, speaking at the United Nations, about the urgent need to protect their ancient Ngurra (Country) and ancient rock art at Murujuga, also known as the Burrup Penninsular. Listen back to the conversation with Mark Patrick here.
